Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the customer’s bank account. We do not offer cash refunds. We will process eligible refunds promptly, typically within 3 business days, and we will not apply additional fees for bank transfer refunds.
For in-café dining and takeaway orders, issues should be raised with our staff immediately upon receiving your order. Once an order has been accepted and consumed, it cannot be refunded.
