Order Adjustment and Cancellation Rights

For food orders, you may request an adjustment or cancellation up to 1 hour after placing the order for deliveries or immediately after ordering when dining in. Please reach out to our team directly to discuss adjustments or cancellations.

Due to the perishable nature of food, refunds are only applicable in cases where:

  • There was an error in your order (e.g., incorrect items received).
  • The food received was not as expected in terms of quality or freshness.

Requesting a Refund

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the customer’s bank account. We do not offer cash refunds. We will process eligible refunds promptly, typically within 3 business days, and we will not apply additional fees for bank transfer refunds.

Conditions for In-Café and Takeaway Orders

For in-café dining and takeaway orders, issues should be raised with our staff immediately upon receiving your order. Once an order has been accepted and consumed, it cannot be refunded.

For eligible returns on non-perishable items (e.g., packaged goods), please return them directly to our location at:
